“It’s pretty amazing that our society has reached a point where the effort necessary to extract oil from the ground,
truck it to a refinery, turn it into plastic, shape it appropriately, truck it to a store,
buy it and bring it home is considered to be less effort than what it takes
to just wash the spoon when you’re done with it.”
All the food we serve at the festivals is vegetarian, with vegan and gluten free options and all our catering ware is 100% compostable and 100% biodegradable.
We are very proud to say that our previous festival opening days have generated less than 1/4 of a small rubbish bin of rubbish. Even less than that of recyclable material and the rest was all compostable. And we aim to do even better at the upcoming festival!
